Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"I was a bit skeptical at fist because the restaurant was quite empty. But I was pleasantly surprised. Both the food and service was excellent. Got a creamy ginger soup as the starter on the house and the I had tortellini and pork knuckles. The pork knuckle was so good. The meat was falling off of the bones. I was too full to try out a dessert. Definitely recommend the place for a nice dinner"
"In general the place is very-very good and for sure recommended for visiting. In details: food - everything what I’ve tried was very tasty and good served. Wine - choice is quite good, but variety “by glass” should be more extended for a place called “wine bar” :) Please add Franciacorta and let people know that Italy is not only a country of Prosecco in the big world of sparkling wine ;) Atmosphere - is really nice especially inside the restaurant: good design, pleasant music (not always relaxing, but in most cases , yes, relaxing ;) Sometimes there are too much noise from restaurant staff, but this is something what is easy to fix ;). Food serving - is very good, the only drawback that plates sometimes are chipped :) Service is very friendly and quick :) thanks for hospitality. For me it was a great pleasure to enjoy a good food and wine today :)"
"One of the best restaurant in Italy. Everything was perfect and the staffs were so nice. Their homemade tagliatelle and tortellini are really good."
"Really really lovely meal. The staff were attentive and amusing, and kept us supplied with little extras. We initially went there for aperitivi and they also provided some delicious bruschetta and some very tasty little bowls of barley I think, along with some super tasty Albana Secca and sparkling chilled red (yes!). We then went round the block and came back here and had a superb few glasses of different wine and shared a pasta, main and side (caponata), all delicious. I tried an amazing Amarone Barricata Grappa and they gave my wife an amaretto. So friendly. Big tip!"
"I highly recommend this restaurant in Bologna which provides amazing pasta. Needless to say, the tartare stood out and the typical Friggione Bolognese sauce was incredible as an appetizer."
"Delicious pasta and great service. We were not very hungry, but we wanted to taste the tagliatelle, so they were very nice to suggest to split in 2 plates. This photo is half of the dish. The pasta is really delicious and tasty. When in Bologna again, I’ll definitely come back. PS: the Parmesan mousse is also very good, but the pasta is 10/10!"
"Loved the place. We tried the lasagna and let me tell you - it was delicious! Also tried out the tiramisu and some dessert with pistachios which we also enjoyed a lot. The staff was very friendly and the place is very beautiful. Also, the music at the place was great so overall the experience was worth every penny (what we also liked is that it isn't overpriced)."
"I really loved it here. Cosy small restaurant with typical local food. Excellent quality. Local wines and grappe, friendly and perfect service. Lovely interior. I really enjoyed being here."
